Copyright & DMCA Policy

PT BCB Academy Indonesia respects the intellectual property rights of others. When we receive a valid notice that material on our forum infringes copyright, we review it promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. Users remain responsible for the content they post, as stated in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to content posted by users on the Snipset community forum at snipset.belajarcarabelajar.com/community/forum, including threads, replies, and file attachments.

It does not cover snippets and data stored locally on your own devices, content on third-party services, or material on websites we do not operate.

Send your notice to copyright@snipset.belajarcarabelajar.com. To be valid, a notice must include:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
• the exact URL of the forum thread, reply, or attachment you claim is infringing;
• your name and contact details so we can reach you;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our review. We may ask you for additional information before acting.

If we removed your forum content following a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@snipset.belajarcarabelajar.com with:

• identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
• your name and address, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are located;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receipt, unless the complainant notifies us that court action has been filed to restrain the material.

Users whose posts draw repeated upheld infringement reports may have their posts removed and their posting privileges restricted or revoked, as described in our Terms of Service.

Snipset is published by an Indonesian company, so Indonesian copyright law applies. Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law provide a takedown route for infringing electronic content. You may send notices in Bahasa Indonesia or English to copyright@snipset.belajarcarabelajar.com, and we act on lawful requests under Indonesian law.

We have not registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office. If that changes, this page will name the agent and give the registration details.
