Snipset Is Now Part of the Claude Startups Program

We are happy to share some news. Snipset, built by BCB Academy, is now a member of Claude Startups, the program Anthropic runs for founders building on Claude. Membership gives us a year of Claude Team, API credits, partner offers, and time with Anthropic's Applied AI team.

Why We Applied

Snipset is a text expander. You type a short trigger like !brb and it expands into a full reply, template, or snippet. It runs in the background all day, so it has to stay light on memory and battery.

We already use Claude in parts of the product, and we want to build more of it on Claude. A program like this gives a small team access to models, credits, and people who know the platform well, which saves time we would otherwise spend on setup.

What the Membership Includes

  • One year of Claude Team for up to five Premium seats, for companies that are new to Team.
  • $1,000 in Claude API credits. The credits are released in tranches. The first tranche was added to our account on October 7, 2026, and the next one unlocks as we spend down the balance.
  • Stack offers worth up to $45,000 from partner companies that build with Claude. Anthropic lists these offers, but the partners provide them and set their own terms.
  • Office hours with Anthropic's Applied AI team, plus invitations to Claude Startup events, hackathons, and community meetups.

Credits are non-refundable, cannot be transferred, and expire one year after they are issued, so we plan to use them early rather than let them sit.

What the Partner Offers Are, and Are Not

The Stack offers come from independent companies, not from Anthropic. Anthropic lists them and does not guarantee, verify, or endorse them. Each offer has its own terms, and redeeming one means agreeing to that partner's terms directly. We read those terms before we redeem anything.

What Comes Next

Being in the program does not change how Snipset works for you. Your snippets stay on your machine, and the expansion engine is the same. What changes is how fast we can test ideas that depend on Claude, and how much time we can spend on the product instead of on infrastructure.

If you are a founder building with Claude, the program is open to startups founded in the last five years or funded in the last two. Check the Claude Startups page for the current rules.

If you want to see what Snipset does today, the plans and pricing are a good place to start.
